Ryan. Just want to commend you for this (all of it). Itβs awesome to see someone take great care of themselves and be so mindful about doing it. Keep up the great work π Onward and upward!
Reading your affirming words feels good, Mike. They mean a great deal to me, and I appreciate you taking the time to share them. I wish you a lovely holiday with those who love you and see your greatness.
Ha! You too, Grace? It's fun (but not surprising) to hear we share many of the same practices. My partner made brownies by steeping whole sativa buds in melted butter. She then cut them into small squares and froze them. Do you have a favorite method?
Ryan-what a great article. My favorite part was the comment that βa clean car drives betterβ. My dad always said that so when we get a car washed we always add this as a postscript to the telling of the fact we washed the car. It must be genetic?! Will need to ask your.dad, but I assume they learned it from PaPa Delaney. Hopefully we can continue to pass it down! Happy Holidays!
Too funny, Deanne. Yet I'm not surprised. However, I was surprised when my dad first said this because I thought it was just me. Curious to hear what you learn. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thank you for sharing all that you do to take care of yourself! I really appreciated the detailed inventory and glimpse into your daily routine. It was inspiring and now I may do the same. ;)

Hey Ryan. Iβm a female version of you! Except I suck at numbers. πI do so many of the same things to feel good and well balanced.
You mentioned cannabis for extra sleep support, in which form do you take it (liquid, gummies etc.)

As always, I love and appreciate your raw honesty, my friend.
Sending you lots of love at the end of this year!
Thanks, brother. I appreciate your reflection. It helps me see myself through your eyes.
Sending lots of love back to you, especially during this trying time.
Have a wonderful trip and holiday!
Thanks, Krista! I will. Wishing you a sweet holiday.
