Hi Ryan, I think it would be fun towards the end of the year if you took a reader's poll. What kind of changes readers have made thanks to your articles. What kind of issues readers would like to see addressed in you column. How writing the column has changed some of your own behavior. I think it would be a fascinating read.
Hi Ryan, I fine tuned my idea a bit.....tweaked it.....maybe ask your readers which ideas of yours were especially helpful for them in their quest for living a better life. Then put the best of their ideas into a New Years' column. A more effective twist on New Year's Resolutions, a way for you to amplify the energy of your far-flung community of readers. Maybe "Ryan's Non-Resolutions".
I'm glad you liked this article and even more delighted to hear you have reread last week's article on feelings several times. That's one of the things I appreciate about you, Susan - you reread articles you find particularly interesting or informative.
GREAT article! Stop waiting for the perfect moment refers to much more than material things. A learning experience, an adventure, getting to know a casual friend better. Doing things NOW to prevent regrets LATER! In our chaotic house, we had shelves, chests, cabinets stuffed with things we dare not touch, things that were being saved for " LATER".
Maybe just make a comment something like "if any of my ideas have been especially helpful to you on your journey, let me know". You have a growing audience that can give you feedback.

Creative idea, Mary. I love it and will give it some thought. Thank you for the idea.

I think your idea is wonderful, Mary. Thank you - I will start working on it!
Solid reminder, Ryan. I was just saying to my wife a couple days ago that we need to do a little purging of clothes we no longer wear.
Clothing is one of those categories where we can constantly purge. My rule is one item in, one item out. Have fun purging!
I liked this! Thanks! And really loved last week’s…. Have reread it several times! Glad I joined! Thank you for doing what you do!

Great reminder Ryan. Thanks for sharing.

I'm with you, Melonie. I love the "rich" Goodwills - I get the best stuff cheaply. Glad you commented.
