Two Wednesdays ago, I published Forget New Year, New You. Embrace Who You Already Are. I didn’t post anything last week unintentionally. I was tired, and catching up on reading, movies, and chocolate sure felt great.
The year 2023 was a “good” year on a scale from poor to great. Too much computer time and little time outside the house kept it from being very good or great. Also, by seeking satisfaction from the achievements related to X, this newsletter, my coaching clients, and the business writing I do for a client, I lost sight of the joy in life’s daily activities like eating lunch, brushing my teeth, and folding laundry. My intention for 2024 is to rediscover the fun in everyday life.
