Great piece, Ryan. Thank God it's a continuum! I would not have been capable or desirous of giving back, and giving forward, until it was time to do so. The steps were all necessary. The big question is ... what's after that? :)

i wonder what the edge of going from independence => interdependence looks like? I'd guess i fall into the independence bucket, and curious to know what interdependence looks like

That’s a helpful question. I’ll take a stab at it: original interconnected nature > traumatized > separated from our original interconnected nature > people trigger our trauma and are now scary > feel separate and become hyper individualistic > try to get back to our wholeness through outward expressions > fail > heal our wounds/peel layers of conditioning > reclaim our original self > become pro social and return to interconnected reality. What do you think Johnny?
